A Medical camp has been conducted on Doctors day (01/07/07) by Virudhunagar dist DASE in Muthu illam (Hostel for scavenger's children) maintained by Karisal sangam. More than 200 members including students and staffs attended the camp. Health awareness about Chikungunya, Waterborne diseases and Japanese Encephalitis given to the Voluntary evening
