To relive poverty and suffering including starvations, sickness or any Physical or mental disability or affliction and primarily when arising from any public calamity including famine, earthquake, war or disturbance or the immediate or continuous result of want or natural or artificial resources or the means to develop them and whether acting along or in association with others and in particulars prejudice to the generality of the foregoing for that purpose.

THIS HAS REFERENCE TO AN ARTICLE IN WHICH YOU HAVE OPPOSED INDIAN MEDICAL GRADUATES LICENTIATE EXAM, ARGUING THAT THOSE WHO FAIL WILL BE DENIED TO PRACTICE.MY ANSWER IS THAT SO WHAT IF SOME COMPETENT DOCTORS ARE DENIED PRACTICE. COUNTRY KNOWS WELL HOW PRIVATE MEDICAL COLLEGE SEATS ARE AUCTIONED OPENLY.HOW THEY PASS UNIVERSITY EXAM OF SUCH PVT UNIVERSITIES.COUNTRY HAS EVERY RIGHT TO KNOW THAT SUCH DOCTORS HAVE MINIMUM BASIC SKILLS, BEFORE ALLOWING THEM TO PLAY WITH OUR LIFE. HOPE YOU WON'T DELETE MY COMMENTS. PLEASE LET IT BE DISPLAYED PROMINANTLY
