To bring all Doctors, Medical Students, spread over in the state of Tamil Nadu into contact with one another with a view to establish relations of friendship and goodwill towards one another so that they can have exchange of thoughts and views.
To relive poverty and suffering including starvations, sickness or any Physical or mental disability or affliction and primarily when arising from any public calamity including famine, earthquake, war or disturbance or the immediate or continuous result of want or natural or artificial resources or the means to develop them and whether acting along or in association with others and in particulars prejudice to the generality of the foregoing for that purpose.
OBJECTIVES

02. To act as a non-political organization for the promotion of Peace, Social, Cultural, Educational, Health measures for the benefit of downtrodden people
03. To promote awareness about World Peace, Nuclear Disarmament, and to eliminate all Lethal weapons
04. To urge all governments to allocate more funds for the developmental activities and for Health schemes
05. To promote awareness about Health and to provide social science education and Sex Education
06. To work for the object of Equal opportunity in Education, Employment, and to work for the safe drinking water for all, Sanitary Shelter for all and Health for all
07. To work for National Unity, Integrity, Communal harmony Peace and Solidarity
08. To promote scientific temper and scientific world outlook among Doctors, Medical Students and Public in General
09. To organize Meetings, Seminars, Conference, Discussions, in the field of Education, Medical education, Health, Social/Public Services, Drug awareness, Human Development programs etc.
10. To provide Medical services to the poor people and educate family welfare, Sanitation and Health habits
11. To create awareness on various Social issues such as Drug addiction/Alcoholism, evils of HIV/AIDS, Environmental degradation
12. To create awareness about Blood Donation Human Organs Donations to the People
13. To promote friendly atmosphere and relations between doctors and the patients.
14. To hold Blood Donation, Eye Donation awareness Camps and to create, Institute, Manage, Assist or to take over Blood Banks to help the needy persons
15. To organize free medical camps and other health related welfare measures to people living in rural areas, backward areas and to Weaker Sections
16. To promote awareness about Environmental protection
17. To secure popular recognition of Democratic principles of dignity of the individual freedom as advocated in the constitution which forums a basis to combat Untouchability Casteism, Communalism, and to secure an increasing measure of social as well as economic equality

20. To defend and strengthen the democratic values in all spheres of life-social, and economical and generally to undertake constructive work, integrated rural development and for the development of the education, Art, Science, Health Sports and Cultural activities
21. To secure and recognition of human rights and generally to defined Civil/Social liberties
22. To establish as Egalitarian Society free of exploitation of man by man, develop revolutionary consciousness and to create awareness about scientific socialism amongst the downtrodden and exploited people with the co-operation of other sections especially the youth, women, workers, Peasants, Students and the progressive sections of the society
23. To organize peaceful struggle against the system based on inequality and its exploitative culture
24. To publish Books and Magazine for development of Health education and up-liftment of humanity and to distribute them to the public with or without charging a price
25. To establish and support or aid in the establishment and support of any charitable association or institutions and to subscribe money for charitable purpose in any way connected with the purpose of the society or further its objects
26. To work for the equality and fraternity among all the communities in the filed of education, Health, etc
27. To extend solidarity to the less privileged and toiling masses and to struggle by peaceful means against all types social discrimination and social evils
28. To publish Journals, Magazine, and other literature on difference subjects thus offering to the students every opportunity for developing literary taste, language, art skill etc.
29. To facilitate the exchange of thoughts through goodwill missions, delegations etc.
30. To organize social, moral, and cultural programs for the benefit of the students and people
31. To uplift the down-trodden handicapped, destitute in the filed of education, health etc.
32. To promote adult education and to provide medical aids to the aged, orphans and etc.
33. To uplift the down-trodden people in the community and sponsor any undeveloped village and put up the requisite developmental activities in concurrence with the Government, Bank, Statutory Organizations, Trusts, Boards
34. To sponsor Socially, Educationally backward persons/villages so as to promote their/its welfare and give face-lift in the society
35. To receive funds through contributions, donations, grants from Government or non-governmental sources in India and to spend such funds for the promotion of the objects stated above
36. To join hands with the Indian medical Association, Medical students Association, Government and Private doctors Association, Indian Doctors for peace and development, All India Medicos Federation and to work along with them for their true genuine demands, objectives & rights
37. To work for the Democratic, Socio-economic rights and up-liftment of the doctors in central state and in other departments, private doctors, doctors running clinics and nursing homes/hospitals individually and all stages of medical students
38. To conduct Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs for doctors, Medical Students and to all other Health workers
39. To establish Manage, assist homes for old aged persons, mentally retarded persons, orphan, children etc.
40. To work in such a way that the various health schemes instituted by the central/state governments to reach the people in general
41. To stress the governments, to have transparency in its function and to have a corruption free administration and execution of welfare schemes
42. To work for gender equality and to work for the rights of the female workers in the Medical field and in other fields
43. To work for the eradication of female infanticide and female feticide.
44. To work for the elimination of Ragging and Eve teasing and other evils.
45. To Work for Social Justice, Reservations in education at all levels and in employment promotions for SCs/STs, BCs/MBCs, Women, Children of inter-caste marriage couples, Physically handicapped and other minority communities in public and private sectors.Generally to do all other acts that are incidental and conductive to the above objects and that are not contrary to the law of the land.
